Dates of admission for Saudi students and residents in the Islamic University for the year 1429-1430 A.H :

Upon the direction of his Excellency the president of the Islamic University in Al-Madeenah Al Munawwarah, professor Muhammad Bin "Ali Al "Uqla to complete the preparations for the admission of Saudi students and residents, the dean the deanship of admission and registration Dr. Ubaid Bin "Ali Al Ubaid made it clear that the deanship had completed its preparations for the reception of students wishing to enroll in the university for the year 1429 -1430 A.H, his eminence also thanked his Excellency the president of the university for his selfless efforts and desire to serve the students of the university and the university, and his interest in increasing the number of admissions at the university.
His eminence the dean of admission and registration revealed that the dates for receiving applications for students who wish to enroll in the university for the university year 1429 1430 A.H -by Allah"s will- will be as follows:

Firstly : the university level:
-The data entry will begin on 1/7/1429 A.H via the website of the university.
-Registration will be for student who obtained a percentage of 76% or above for all faculties except the faculty of the Holy Quran, the registration in this faculty is reserved for students who obtained 70% and over, with the memorizing of the whole holy Quran.
-The registration in the evening study program in faculty of sharia is reserved for employees who obtained 70% and above, along with the approval of the employer.
-Students will be received in the deanship of admission and registration for personal interviews and the completion of related procedures as from Monday 11/7/1429 A.H to Monday 7-25-1429 A.H, according to the date received by the student at the time of registration through the website of the university, the university hopes that everyone makes sure of the validity of the data inscribed at the time of registration, in order to prevent the high risk of the cancellation of the application, and also requests that the date of the appointments should be respected.
 
Required documents:
Students must submit the following documents in a file and arranged them in the following order:
Application form and appointment date that the student will find on the website of the university at the time of registration 
Original mark sheet of the secondary school certificate with an attested photocopy of it.
The original certificate of good conduct and behavior with an attested photocopy of it.
Certificate of ability  test.
A photocopy of the identity card (for Saudis) or residence permit  (for residents) along with the original for verification.
Two letters of recommendation from two well known persons to the university.

The original approval letter of the employer (and a photocopy) if the student is an employee (for applicants to Faculty of Sharia - the evening department)

Secondly : The Intermediate Stage: 
The data entry will begin on 1/7/1429 A.H via the website of the university.
Applications for the intermediate stage will be accepted at the deanship of admission and registration, in accordance to the date mentioned on the student"s application form at the time of registration through the university website.
The personal interviews and the completion of related procedures will be on Saturday: 9/7/1429 A.H for students who obtained 88% or above, and on Sunday: 7-10-1429 A.H for students who obtained 80% less than 88%.
 
Required documents:
Students must submit the following documents in a file and arranged them in the following order:
 Application form and appointment date that the student will find on the website of the university at the time of registration.
Mark sheet of the primary school certificate with a photocopy of it
A Certificate of good conduct and behavior with a photocopy of it.
A photocopy of the family/identity card (for Saudis) or residence permit (for residents) along with the original for verification. 
Two letters of recommendation from two well known persons to the university.
