The General Administration of Teaching Staff Members and Employees Affairs:
Functions:
Implementation and monitoring the application of regulations  and rules and instructions of the Ministry of Civil Service in the field of personnels" affairs, and to supervise procedures and affairs related to the members of the teaching staff, lecturers and assistant lecturers, teachers, employees, users, Saudis and non-Saudis workers

Sections:
-Employment : All matters related to recruitment procedures and research in the field of rules and regulations in accordance with the civil service system, and the preparation of all regulatory and executive decisions.
-Salaries and Allowances: Preparation of all what is related to assignments, out-of work, the salaries, allowances and bonuses, books and references" allowance, and preparation of reports, and related speeches.
-Contractors and Tickets: Preparation of all that regard non-Saudis contractors such as: contracting procedures and to determine their salaries and the extraction of residence permit, entry and exit re-entry visas and the preparation of embarkation orders.
-Files: Preservation of appointment warranty and documents concerning employees, and its cataloging and classification.
-Computer: The introduction of all the basic datas for all employees of the university and its modification and the preparation of the definition and  experience certificates, and printing of all administrative decisions and program development.
-In and Out: Export of administrative transactions and receipt of transactions from outside the administration and its delivery.
