   The Administration of educational guidance issues some bulletins and directives and distributes them to teachers through supervisors during their visits to the educational bodies (colleges and faculties).

                                                      The first Bulletin :

Instructions To Be Taken Into Consideration When Putting Examinations" Questions :   
    
   Examinations has an important role in the evaluation of the educational process in general, and in measuring the level of the students" achievement, identifying strengths and weaknesses they have, and to take appropriate educational decisions for each position.
   And in view of this importance, it is a must on the teacher to give a careful consideration in the preparation of examinations" questions, by taking into consideration the following points :
1-The questions must be clear, specific and unambiguous.
2-To take into consideration that students" answer is not only listed on the information they memorized, but the questions must contain what help to know the student"s ability to think, analyze, conclude, and the reasoning and the degree of acquisition of required skills and capabilities.
3-The questions must be appropriate to the level of the students so that they start by the easy one then the more difficult, and taking into consideration individual differences among the students
4-The questions must be varied, some objective and some creative, by taking into consideration the qualitative and quantitative balance between them.
5-The questions must be comprehensive and cover the whole syllabus and must be appropriate for the time allocated to the subject.
6-The questions must not be made up of several parts in a way that the correct answer of the following part depends on the correct answer of the previous part.
7-Questions paper must not contain direct or indirect indications to answers of other questions.
8-The questions must not be too brief neither too long or have multiple request.
9-To avoid questions that rely on intuition and guesswork to understand its content.
10-The questions must be printed or written clearly, free of grammatical and typos errors, and must be well organized and coordinated taking into consideration  punctuation marks.
11- Not to differentiate between first and second semester"s  questions, especially in terms of difficulty and easiness.
12-To avoid repetition of the same questions each year, but to take into account changement in the wording.
