The Administration of Financial Affairs

It Is one of the university"s administrations, that systematically follows the general supervisor of administrative and financial affairs, and it aims to carry out all financial and accounting works in accordance with the in force instructions and regulations, and it prepares financial reports and final accounts each year, and the task is perform centrally through it in terms of link , payment and collecting the dues of the University, the administration is manage by mister: Ibrahim Bin Muhammad Al- Abdullatif.

Competence of the Financial Administration:
-Carrying out all entrusted financial and accounting works according to the instructions issued under the Royal Decree exclusively on the budget of the university and its instructions and the payment and collection regulation, and financial regulations in accordance with the used systems.
-Participation in the preparation of the draft budget of the University in coordination with the concerned departments.
-The use of computers for all financial and accounting works that regard the links and payment and extraction of daily, weekly, monthly financial reports, and preparation of annual data and statistics related to the work of the administration, and to provide internal and external bodies data in the limits of the granted powers.
-Keeping of accounting records for the four sections of the budget, and controlling the movement of approbations of items on a regular basis.
-Preparation of transportation memorandum to and from the approbations of the items of the budget, and to request additional approbations, in coordination with the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Finance.
-The preparation and drafting of the necessary contracts for projects of  the university and others.
-To take action for the collection of the dues of the University from others.
-Supervision of payment from the fund of the university and the follow-up of payment officers of the colleges and branches and a of sudden inventory of these funds.
-Preparation of final accounts for the University, and the follow-up of the preparation of the auditor"s report and to provide the General Auditing Bureau what it needs, including documents and to respond to his remarks and other related parties.
-Preparation of an annual report on the administration"s activity and its achievements and its proposals for improving the level of performance in the future.
- Any other tasks assigned by the administration in the field of its competence.
