This stage was accredited in the budget of the fiscal year 1428/1429 A.H with a total amount of "6303000" Six million three hundred and three thousand riyals. It had been made in that amount the accreditation the import and an installation of the following machines:
1) A direct pallet printer from the computer ctp.
2) Offset printing machine perch two chick- quarter size dual color.
3) Offset printing machine chick full-size dual color with a puller.
4) A machine for cutting paper.
5) A machine for folding paper.
6) Peel machine and paper lured which works automatically.
7) A stapling machine with a single head
