Description
Put the Moon in your pocket with remarkable 3D graphics and touch navigation. A virtual globe of Earth's Moon - now FREE.
Moon Globe shows you how the Moon appears today, and lets you zoom in like a telescope with up to 300 power magnification. Switch to globe mode, and you can spin above the surface, taking in the hidden far side, and look over the limb to see Earth in the distance. Terrain features and landed spacecraft are labelled in an elegant 3D tag cloud that floats just above the surface. Adjust the time dynamically with on screen controls, and watch the sunlight shift over the terrain. Moon Globe even shows you where the Moon and Sun are in the sky at your location, with its dynamic sky compass.
This high quality app is FREE so that as many people as possible can see Earth's Moon in a new way. If you like our work, we appreciate your five-star reviews. We also hope you'll check out our other apps, Mars Globe and Moonlight Mahjong.

Incredible!
How could anyone give it less than 5 stars??? It's FREE! It's also extremely educational. I've never really thought much about the moon because it's always there in the sky. Check it out. Its a very cool app!
Wonderful
I bought Mars Globe yesterday, and was so impressed that I bought this one without even looking for ratings or reviews. I was quite prepared to pay more, would have gladly paid $5 for such quality. The earth and sun in the 3D view was an unexpected and pleasant surprise- would love to see something similar in Mars Globe. Thanks!
Super Cool app
Pros, pros and more pros, and one con, OK not really a con, but a suggestion for the makers of this app...Please add the approximate Miles (or km) above the surface of the moon, it would go awesome with the zoom feature and high resolution of this app, not to mention it would give everyone the true dimensional magnitude of all the surface features of the moon. Excellent work! But PLEASE bring on the next update.Thank you.
