That's what I told Lorne when we discussed the matter. Naturally, he took my advice. I'm thinking Betty and Kristin would be great playing Mother/Daughter cougars on the prowl. Personally, I'd kill to watch her as Sarah Palin's mother offering up advice!

If they don't do a game show spoof with the wonderful Betty, it will confirm the fact that the SNL writers have completely lost touch. It seems to me with the list of writers being well paid to produce funny routines, they offen fall short. Why is that? Is the head writer to blame? Are there no more creative ideas? The cast seems to do their best with the material, but again, what sometimes starts as a good comedy skit ends up a dud...did anyone say, "major overhaul required!"
