UC San Francisco Center for AIDS Prevention Studies
Perhaps the most comprehensive HIV prevention web site, CAPS features practical information for both the general reader and for professionals. The 40-page prevention fact sheet series, available in English and Spanish, includes topics such as "Do Condoms Work?", "What is Testing's Role in HIV Prevention?", and the prevention needs of women, adolescents, homeless people, African-Americans, Latinos, sex workers and substance users. CDC's National Prevention Information Network

National Center for HIV, STD and TB Prevention
The website for the National Center for HIV, STD and TB Prevention at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is a primary resource for surveillance data and prevention information on HIV/AIDS, TB elimination, and STD prevention and treatment. Materials are prepared at multiple levels including public health professionals, clinicians, technical and laboratory personnel, consumers, advocates, and for use in corporate/workplace settings.
