FFI is working to save the Critically Endangered Siamese crocodile by researching the species and creating community crocodile reserves in key crocodile habitat. In 2004, we helped establish the country’s first one in Veal Veng Marsh where we train local people to protect crocodiles from poachers and support them to improve the management of their natural resources and farm lands.
