Facebook 3.2.3 for iPhone – yet more bug fixes!
Facebook 3.2.3 for iPhone and iPod touch has just hit the iTunes App Store and once again, it’s all about the bug fixes:
- Improved, more streamlined login experience for developers using the Facebook SDK
- Fixed a crash when receiving push notifications
- Fixed a crash when navigating in Messages
- Fixed inconsistent notification counts in notification bar and application badge
- Fixed a problem where people would appear twice in Here Now on a Place view
- Fixed a problem that could cause the toolbar to not be shown on a Place view
Note: Facebook Places is only available in a limited number of countries. We’re working on making this available in other countries soon.
If you’ve been having issues (like Ally!), let us know if this has fixed them. If you’re waiting on Facebook for iPad, hey, it’ll show up sometime after they get that Facebook Phone done, no doubt… Sigh.

Heh, most competent programmers have most serious bugs squashed by revision 3.0. What kills me is that people trust these same people with their personal information….the ones dumb enough to put all that info out there.
i’m just glad they’re fixing the damn notification count.

It crashes in the first 20 second I use after the update…
Still can’t see my friends friends. I get an Error, unable to load ’so and so’s’ friends. Anybody else having the same problem ?

One day they will find a developer who is capable of fixing bugs quicker or even make it to where there are no bugs at all!
this may have fix some bugs but suddenly the other day i notice that my facebook on iphone would log itself out every 5 minutes or so.. does anyone else experience this and does anyone know how to fix it? its quite anoying

Really guys? Is it THAT hard to program for the iPhone? I’m no programer or CEO, but if I was in charge of Facebook and I had these clown programers working on my product, they would of been fired after the first x.x.2 update (which still didnt work, mind you…)

I’ve never noticed too many bugs since the last update. But then, I’m not on Facebook six hours a day, either.
If a photo doesn’t appear, swiping right to the next one, then swiping back usually makes it appear. At least that worked before this update anyway, so who knows now.

STILL, STILL, STILL not getting all my push Notifications!!!!!! Frig! Notifications worked flawlessly on my Blackberry Facebook app
Crazy, I tryed everything everyone was having trouble with and it worked perfect.
Chat still not fixed. Loses current conversation if you navigate away from chat in the app.
It hasn’t worked since the original developer stepped down
Stop messing with the app!!! Everytime an update comes it gets WORSE!!! 3.2.1 meant my updates showed in no one’s live feed. 3.2.2 slowed down everything horribly! Now, with 3.2.3, I can’t even get on!!! WTF?!
i cannot check into places and i cant get into friends profiles and cant do a lot.
cant view messages…..cannot check into places….i have an iphone 4 and its jailbroken and NEVER had a problem before…cannot view profiles or photos
mine worst. can’t even login facebook after upgraded it to 3.2.3. it kept saying login failed unable to connect to facebook please try again later. damn it. now totally can’t use ths AP at all
