Bret Michaels wants everyone to know: he didn't have an affair with Miley Cyrus' mom and he's not the reason Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus are getting divorced.

The rocker was asked on Tuesday morning's airing of 'Fox & Friends' if anything happened with Tish. "The answer is no," Michaels replied.

"I've been friends with her family forever," Michaels continued. "It started out with me and Miley simply working on a song together. Her mom, Tish, likes "Every Rose Has Its Thorn," the first concert Miley ever saw was Poison, and so they wanted to remake it for the new record."

Last week, rumors began surfacing that Michaels and Tish had an affair earlier this year while Miley was working on the album with the rock star. Billy Ray Cyrus filed for divorce late last month citing irreconcilable differences and it was immediately speculated that Michaels was the cause.

It's back on! After taking some time apart over the summer, Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen are dating again, PEOPLE reports.

The couple, who met on the set of 'Jumper' in 2007 and got engaged the following year, decided to take a break from their relationship in June and officially called it quits in August.

Following sightings of Christensen leaving Bilson's California home, a source tells PEOPLE that the pair have rekindled their romance. "They're dating again," the source reveals.

Less than a year since the death of actress Brittany Murphy, her mother is writing a tell-all book about her daughter, RadarOnline.com reports. Sharon Murphy hopes to honor her daughter in the book.

"This book will be my way of celebrating and honoring her extraordinary life and career," Sharon told RadarOnline.com.

"Brittany was a kind, loving person who enjoyed each day; she was my life. I am looking forward to everyone reading the accurate account about my daughter, her life, loves and career," she continued.

Murphy died at her home last December after going into cardiac arrest. An autopsy showed that she died of complications stemming from pneumonia. Her husband, Simon Monjack, died five months later--also from pneumonia. The 'Girl Interrupted' actress was 32 when she died.

Kerr, who just recently tied the knot with actor Orlando Bloom, is expecting the couple's first child this winter. She confirmed the pregnancy in August after much media speculation: "Yes, I am pregnant. Four months along!" she told the Spanish edition of Vogue. She's six and a half months pregnant in the W photo spread.

"For me, family is life," Kerr told W. "The decision to start one wasn't complex at all... My career has been wonderful, but it's not my life. I don't feel pressure to get back to work."

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas -- unless you're Lil Wayne, that is.

The rapper, who was recently released after an 8-month stint in Rikers Island, found out that he was banned from the Wynn Hotel -- the destination for a post-performance party -- because the hotel didn't want Wayne to get in trouble on the premises.

TMZ reports that after a set with Weezy at the Hard Rock Hotel, fellow Young Money member Drake was informed that Wayne, who is prohibited from consuming alcohol for the next 3 years, wasn't welcome at the Wynn. Wayne took the party elsewhere, opting to hang out at the Palms instead.

Conan O'Brien came out guns a-blazing in the premiere of his TBS talker 'Conan,' including a hilarious duet playing guitar with Jack White, a stunt he has ironically trashed in the past.

Vulture dug up a 2002 interview Conan did on NBC's 'Last Call with Carson Daly' where the famed late-night host rips the idea of playing guitar with the band on your own show. Apparently he doesn't think it's so lame anymore!

In the interview, Conan specifically referenced the shtick when talking about Alan Thicke, who had a Canadian talk show in the 1980s.

Bethenny Frankel is in the midst of shooting season 2 of her mega-hit Bravo series 'Bethenny Getting Married?' -- but now that she's married to Jason Hoppy and has a daughter, little Bryn, producers are naturally working up a new plot and title for the show.

"Bethenny pulled out all the shots to make sure she got her own show including getting married and having a baby, now she has to figure out what she's going to do next to keep viewers watching," a friend of the reality star tells me. "She's a reality show pro, so don't think for one minute anything is off the table."
