WoW Insider's Weekly Webcomic: Safe Passage
Welcome to another edition of the WoW Insider's Weekly Comic, Safe Passage. This comic takes place post-Cataclysm, so there will be minor spoilers.
Time for a game of 20 Questions! Question 1: Will I make it out of here alive?
That, my friends, is an excellent question, and one that will be answered shortly. Also, listen to the mouth on that little girl! Are people even trying to raise their children anymore? What is this world coming to (aside from total and utter destruction)?
Check out the full version right here, and tune in next Tuesday morning for a new page. You can also see all the previous pages in the gallery below.

Lawl XD
Some of the writing in Kelly's works are just as good as the art.

Agreed. I missed the last few weeks, but the story is moving along quite nicely now that I'm caught up. :D

Most of the writing is done by my guild leader, Ktok. We bounce ideas off of eachother, but he's helping me a lot with this. :)

This is great. I liked Byron, but this new tale feels much more cohesive and enjoyable. I think your work has definitely been strongest when it's more serious generally, but with a bit of humor added in. Thus, starting off with the old tauren rogue conceit was kind of shooting yourself in the foot; here, the set-up is much more cohesive and convincing. Kudos!

Fantastic as always, laughed out loud when he used the crate.

While I'm still waiting for more Alliance characters, I really like the Orc and how he's behaving with the children. He's actually rather patient, in a gruff kind of way. It fits an Orc very well.

Orc parenting 101, I calls it. /nods
Trolls are similar, but they tend to have more of a sense of humor. Such as putting the kid in the sack instead and saying something offhand about dinner.
Ah, gets 'em everytime.

Don't we all wish we could do that to kids once in a while?
Saltytoes Nov 9th 2010 6:37PM
I feel sorry for the little ones actually. But hilarious either way!
Cadychan Nov 9th 2010 6:42PM
If I had kids, that's how I'd deal with 'em!
Ah, the ol' "laundry basket and cinder block." Works like a charm!
/gets arrested
Tirrimas Nov 9th 2010 7:45PM
Considering how murderous I feel at times, the laundry basket is a more humane alternative. *shifty look*

Love your work ^^ keep it up!

@Tirr
As my mother always told us: "Remember kids, I'm not suicidal- I'm Homicidal!" ^_^
Also: "Off to bed or off with your heads!"
Ah, my childhood... /love

Awesome, I had a feeling that girl would end up with her head in a bucket sooner or later. LFG Joke :) http://www.lfgcomic.com/page/35
Ok I lied, I didn't see that coming at all.

I do enjoy how this comic portrays the orc and troll. They show great chemistry with one another and you can tell that they are very good friends, just by the few words they say to eachother. As such, I do enjoy the direction this comic is going with the alliance children and horde characters. In short, I'm always a sucker people getting over prejudices, such as alliance children seeing that the Horde isn't a mindless, savage, and evil mass; and Horde characters seeing the alliance as not being the xenophobic, arrogant, civilizations.
Needless to say, I could be comepetely wrong on all of this points, just want to share my opinion.

Wonder why sir Orc is so patient. Just wondering, how old is the Orc? Did he fight when the Orcs were in bloodlust? I'd like to see that in flashbacks.
Cadychan Nov 10th 2010 12:25PM
@Ravasha - Yes, Ash'gor is a veteran - that is to say that he drank the demon blood and went through the Dark Portal with everyone else. He's not Eitrigg-old, but he's up there.
