Skateboards and Hermès are two of our favorite things. Well, maybe not quite but we totally had a thing for boys who rode skateboards in high school and Hermès will always have a little piece of our hearts. The brand may be a victim of some big-time bullying, but the viral video they released for their fall/winter 2010 collection is majorly cool.

In the video a pair of nimble fingers skateboards fingerboards on and around various Hermès goods (and those famous orange boxes). It’s a great piece of viral marketing, but a friend of ours pointed out a disturbing fact: the fingerboarding hand is severed. We’re guessing this is due to some sloppy greenscreen editing, but still — ew.
