Given the Isle of Man's status as a Crown Dependency within the British Isles, the quality and level of skills of its workforce are of critical importance. We aim to create highly skilled, creative learners. Therefore, education has a key positive role in developing each individual in order that they are able to compete successfully in securing employment anywhere in the world as well as having the qualities required to contribute to the local economy and community.
