The short tenure of Josh McDaniels as Broncos head coach came to an end on Monday. It lasted less than two seasons, but as FanHouse TV's Dan Graziano reports, it had enough drama to last a lifetime.

Pat Bowlen made a huge mistake on McDaniel. The team may suffer from this major league blunder for several more seasons... Unless they can do something grand like get Bill Cowher to coach in Denver. A move for Cowher would likely cost another 50 Million over the next few years and add further to the financial drain Bowlen's "Coaching Decisions" are causing. Whatever happens it is the Owner not an unproven rookie head coach that is responsible for the mess that is the Denver Broncos today.

Bowlen has made some poor decisions, and macD was a big one. How do they recover from this? The team has been decimated of some fine talent, guys who performed. I disagree with one thing the video says, that picking demarious thomas over bryant was a mistake. He will become a beast in the style of marshall, without the headaches of the head case bryant.
