Our ideal candidate will need very Strong Evidence of :

  • An obvious software sales pedigree showing consistent delivery of revenue targets on a quarterly basis enabled and supported by:

  • Personal sales success & achievement on an international basis

  • A very strong balance of both online technology developments and commercial imperatives

  • Experience or knowledge of global media and/or online recruitment

  • Board level client engagement to refine understanding of the clients business drivers and needs.

  • Leadership and management of opportunities to profitable closure, with or without the involvement of other Madgex teams and individuals, or partners external to Madgex.

  • Being able to recognize, initiate, negotiate and manage suitable third party relationships that will accelerate the sales and service expansion of Madgex

  • Fluent in at least English and Spanish, with additional languages valued.
