- Salary: £27,459 - £32,373 per annum
We require a committed Customer Service Manager to provide a generic high quality customer service to approximately 600 tenancies and to build on our excellent record of resident involvement.
Duties include management of tenancy and estates, income and rent arrears, voids, lettings, and anti-social behaviour. In addition to this the successful candidates will maintain computerised databases, liaise with other departments on referrals, keep up-to-date on best practice and changes in legislation as well as working with local community groups and residents.
Applicants will need to demonstrate experience of housing management, a track record in providing excellent customer service and be accustomed to working in an environment where resident involvement is a key element of service delivery.
The ability to speak Bengali and/or Sylheti to engage with our client base in Bow would be advantageous for this post.
