Annual General Meeting
The 12th General Stockholders' Meeting of ThyssenKrupp AG is being held on January 21, 2011 at the RuhrCongress Bochum, Germany.
ThyssenKrupp has built a state-of-the- art processing plant for premium carbon steel and stainless steel flat products.
Following a three-year construction period, the new steelmaking and processing plant of ThyssenKrupp Steel USA and ThyssenKrupp Stainless USA in the southeastern USA was officially opened.

The ThyssenKrupp Annual Report on the fiscal year 2009/2010 was published on November 30, 2010. The annual press conference and a conference for analysts and investors were held on the same day and transmitted as live video streams on the internet.
