Skytower Central is a luxury 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, executive apartment offering views of Darwin Harbour and conveniently located in the Darwin CBD.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 queen bedrooms and a third bedroom containing two king size singles.
This apartment is a brand new listing and will be available for rental from early May 2011. Be the first to enjoy this luxurious holiday apartment.
Children are welcome and will enjoy the childrens play area on the Podium level.
This apartment is situated on the 6th floor and is equipped with everything you need for a stay away from home. The kitchen has quality appliances including gas cooking, dishwasher and microwave. The living area has a 42" TV complete with Austar and digital TV opening onto a balcony with a BBQ and outdoor seating for 8.
All three bedrooms are very large and accommodating. The main bedroom has a queen size bed in it with ensuite and walk in robe. The second bedroom has queen size bed with built in robe. There are two king singles in the third bedroom complete with built in robe. The internal laundry has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, broom, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket and small clothes airer.
Podium level of the complex has a salt water swimming pool, a meeting/conference room (bookings essential) and a fully equiped Gymnasium and children's play area.
The apartment is cleaned on departure. Arrangements can be made for a weekly cleaning service, please contact us for a price.
Skytower Apartments are a new apartment complex,only 12 months old. There are only two (2) units per floor.

Skytower has secure lift access and residents only have access to their own floor, the secure carpark and podium level.
Because Skytower is a residential apartment complex there are very strict house rules that are in place to ensure everyone's comfort. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The price we charge is for domestic use and not commercial. Disturbances to our neighbours, including excessive noise is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. Bond is $500.00
