PRATT documentation

PRATT is a tool to discover patterns that are conserved in a set of protein sequences. The patterns are reported using the PROSITE format.

This simple interface allows the user to paste a set of sequences that are searched for patterns, using default PRATT parameters. Advanced users may modify the parameters, or are encouraged to use the more advanced EBI PRATT server.

Input a set of several sequences or an alignment in any format (such as FASTA):
