      Chris Harrison-Docks, a 5-11 junior point guard from Okemos, Mich., became the third perimeter player in Butler's 2012 basketball recruiting class. He visited the campus last December to watch the Stanford game and committed today.

      Mason chooses Drake

      Micah Mason, a 6-2 guard from Natrona Heights, Pa., committed Sunday to play college basketball at Drake. Butler was among the schools looking at Mason, a junior at Highlands High School who averaged 33.3 points a game and shot 47 percent on 3-pointers. He scored 64 points in one game. Mason made a weekend trip to Des Moines, Iowa, to visit Drake, which was the only college to offer him a scholarship. He posted his commitment on Twitter and told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
