The Eagles went from 17-13-1, 8-9-1 in the Hoosier Crossroads Conference, to 22-6 overall and first in the HCC with a 15-3 record this season. The Eagles, who were upset by Fishers 7-6 in the sectional semifinals, were ranked No. 8 in the final Class 4A poll.
