Je Joue Ami is an exercise system for your pc muscles. There are several specific exercises described in the enclosed booklet. Composed of Ami 1, Ami 2, and Ami 3, the system provides a varied and interesting workout that won't leave your nether lands bored or indifferent. I found it so exciting that I can't recommend it for wear outside the home or unless you are sure that you will have plenty of time for an extended session to accompany their removal. I don't know what it is about Ami: the soft, supple silicone, reminiscent of real skin, or the way that it tucks smoothly into my coochie without a pause or a wince, the way that those weights go to work on my g, p, t, c, lmnop spots...I prefer not to overanalyze a good thing and just thank my lucky stars that I requested Ami!
I found Ami 1 (a large, soft and lightweight single ball) to be so easy to insert and wear that I felt no challenge to my pc muscles. It felt great though, and a day of wear terminated in an explosive, extended removal session. Next I tried Ami 2 (a medium-sized double ball that's still soft but slightly heavier). Its weight was noticeable in a good way and I really liked the way that it felt when I walked around and rode the train. It just made it difficult for me to sit still and get any work done, and I was faced with a tightly yawning chasm when I finally got around to my tortured yoni. Finally, it was time for Ami 3 (a small, hard and heavy double ball). I loved the weight and motion that I felt from the interior weights so much that I was unable to leave the bedroom. I woke up feeling fantastic after a truly peaceful night's sleep, thanks to Ami 3. None of the three versions of Ami was so heavy that it felt uncomfortable or obtrusive, just incredibly sexy and grrryowwwwwrrrrrrr!

Lubrication:
We recommend using only water-based lubricants with Ami.
For Cleaning:
We recommend washing Ami in warm water and antiseptic soap. However if you would like to boil Ami, we recommend that you do so for 20 seconds maximum, in order to prolong the usable life of Ami.
