Heathrow expansion: will a minister quit?

Please fasten your seatbelts, return seats to upright and fold your tray tables. The third runway at Heathrow is cleared for takeoff.  And the rumour at Westminster is that Government resignations could follow.  Labour whips are keeping a close eye on Ann Keen, a junior health minister and local MP who is already feeling the heat over the decision this morning in her backyard.
