Apologies for brevity — all a bit busy at Telegraph towers today.   But I'd like to conduct a quick straw poll of this blog's learned readers.  Is there anyone out there who can say, hand on heart, that they, like Alistair Darling, believe that the UK economy will grow by 3.5 per cent in 2011?
