To install a wallpaper you will need to know your screen resolution.

When you know which resolution you are using, click on an appropriate wallpaper size and let the image load in your web browser. It should be noted that you aren't limited to choosing wallpaper that matches your exact resolution. If you pick a size larger than a smaller resolution, the image could appear cut off. If you choose choose a wallpaper image smaller than a larger resolution, it could look tiled unless you center it to make the image looked framed.

The latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox allow you to simply right-click on any web image and set it as desktop wallpaper. It should be noted that each time you do this, it will over-write the previous wallpaper image.
