Jacka Resources Limited announced the appointment of Justyn Wood as executive director to the company's board. Wood is a Petroleum Geophysicist with 18 years technical, commercial and management experience in exploration, appraisal and development of oil and gas resources in the upstream oil and gas industry. With Hardman Resources and Chevron Australia, Wood has explored more than a dozen basins around the globe and has managed a number of international frontier exploration projects. He is recognised as having played a key role in establishing the East African Rift in Uganda as a new petroleum province, with more than one billion barrels discovered in the Albertine Graben since 2006. Wood also played an early foundation role in the recent establishment of the offshore Guyana basin, South America, as a new petroleum province.

Campbell Brothers Ltd. has announced that Mr. John Mulcahy is to be appointed a non-executive Director of the company, with effect from February 1, 2012. John has extensive corporate and management experience. He is chairman of Coffey International Limited, a non-executive director of GWA Group Ltd. and Mirvac Group Ltd, and a Guardian of the Future Fund of Australia. He was formerly the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Suncorp- Metway Limited. Prior to Suncorp, John held a number of senior executive roles at Commonwealth Bank and Lend Lease.
