How do I claim my in-stadia winnings online?

Please visit www.gunnersgaming.com/claim and follow the simple instructions and if you don't already have an account, you will be guided through the quick and easy process of opening a GunnersGaming account.  After you have completed this process, your winnings will be deposited into your account within 24 hours – you can then either continue to use your winnings on our site or withdraw via a bank transfer.

What are my in-stadia payout options?

All winning coupons can be claimed online at www.gunnersgaming.com/claim, however all GunnersGaming betting kiosks at the Emirates Stadium are open until kick off if you would like to collect any outstanding winnings from previous games in cash . We also offer a postal collection service – please see the reverse of your coupon for more details.

Do I have to enter my card details to set up an account with Betsson?

No, you do not need to enter your card details to open an account. 

How do I withdraw money from my Betsson account?

If you are looking to withdraw money from your Betsson account all you need to do is log into your account, select “My Account” on the top right hand side of the page and then “Withdraw Money”.  A list of the available withdrawal methods will appear. Select your preferred method of payout and provide the required details. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, however payment will reach your account based on the time required to process the transaction according to your withdrawal method for example: Bank Wire 24 – 48 hours, Credit Card Refund can take up to 4 days. If you wish to withdraw using a “deposit required” method (Credit Card Refund, Neteller, Moneybookers, Ukash) you will be required to have made a deposit onto your account using the same method before you can request a withdrawal using that method. 

What if I have lost my coupon?

If you have misplaced your coupon, please visit the BD Stadia online helpdesk at www.bdstadia.co.uk/helpdesk and click on “Submit an enquiry” 

You will then need to provide as much information about your missing coupon as possible including:

1. The location of the betting point at which your bet was placed
2. The approx time at which your bet was placed
3. A description of all bets that had been selected on the coupon
4. Confirmation of the total stake on the coupon
5. If there were any specific markings on the coupon that may help us identify it
   

We will endeavor to find your coupon as quickly as possible, however this process may take up to 48hours. Once your coupon has been located we will advise you of your payout options
