- Any information you provide via our website will be treated in strict confidentiality and will not be shared with any other parties. All personal information in our possession is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
- When you sign up to our mailing list, provide feedback or purchase items online, we will ask for personal details (such as your name, postal address, email address, phone number or credit card information). We may contact you via email or post and ask you to update your information, unless we are notified by you that your details have changed. This ensures that data we hold on mailing list subscribers remains accurate.
- If you sign up online or give us a call, you will be given the choice to receive marketing material and news via email or post. You can contact us to say that you no longer wish to receive posted marketing material or you can unsubscribe on our e-newsletter. Once we are notified, we will make sure that your details are removed from our mailing list.
- We do not hold any credit card information you give through our online booking system. Information is held by the secure payment gateway Sagepay and is only used to process the transaction. Please do not supply your credit details via email as these can be intercepted and we will not process your request.
