Reports that are relevent to the food industry, legislators, educators and the media

Making progress in animal welfare depends on scientific research. Our researchers network with scientists and study scientific literature to assess the welfare issues which affect farm animals in search of solutions. We are recognised for our rational evidence-based approach to the welfare of farm animals.

"The judges felt that Compassion in World Farming had created an exceptional body of sound scientific evidence that’s had an impact round the world. They’re never shrill, they don’t rely on emotion and hype to make their case, but on rational, unarguable evidence available to anyone with an interest in how we treat the living creatures who are a major part of our food supply."
