4th place (air rifle) and 5th place (small bore rifle) at the 2005 Mediterranean Games in Almeria, Spain

Snježana Pejčić was born in Rijeka on 13 July 1982. She got involved in shooting sport at the age of 13. She has participated in the air and small bore rifle events at numerous competitions. She has been training hard for years now. Her favourite achievement is the European Junior bronze medal; she also set the Croatian record in the air rifle at an international competition in Munich. She was the most successful Croatian shooter in 2002, 2006 and 2007, but qualifying for the Olympic Games has been the pinnacle of her career.

She watches films and reads books in her leisure time. She likes thrillers and topics related to criminology. Snježana''s role models are Sergey Bubka and Pete Sampras, athletes who have reached the heights that she is striving for.
