Steering Committee / User Groups
To ensure that ONESOURCE tax and accounting products continue to deliver value to our customers, Thomson Reuters draws upon the expertise of our industry professionals. We pay close attention to the evaluation and advice of our Steering Committee and user groups. Our Steering Committee is composed of various ONESOURCE users that meet periodically to discuss the future directions of our product(s). This includes discussions regarding the future directions of ONESOURCE technology, support services, user groups, and conferences.
Our user groups exist for various industries and regions and meet on a regular basis to discuss the utilization of our products. In addition, we reach out to the various user groups to provide feedback on our products. This feedback, in turn, is used to prioritize the development path of our products.
Thomson Reuters also annually hosts a national user conference for tax and accounting professionals to help us stay in tune with the needs of our industry.
Client Events
Periodically, Thomson Reuters hosts important client events, and we invite our ONESOURCE users to gather together to preview the latest product developments.
These events showcase the most recent technological or functionality changes we may have implemented. They also give users a unique opportunity to evaluate and provide feedback on the products.
Lunch & Learn
Our Lunch & Learn events are a great way to gain industry knowledge in a nice, relaxed setting. They also help you fit an enriching educational opportunity into your busy schedule by combining an informative program, discussion, or presentation with your lunch-hour break.
