Commercial kitchen-space provider caters to caterers

EVANSTON — Evanston caterer Ida Mollenhauer is hard at work adorning her delicately made flatbread with grilled vegetables, slivers of eggplant, tomato and onions. She was able to caramelize the onions to the right pitch, using the commercial-size steel convection oven in the kitchen at Now We’re Cookin’.
