Summary report on the public consultation on the Revision of EC Directive 86-609
The Home Office held a formal public consultation on the Commission’s proposal between 8 May and 3 July 2009. The consultation document set out the Government’s initial analysis and views on the proposal and its preliminary impact assessment.
