"After you have completed the game, you are allowed to import your character to the next stage, which gives you interesting bonuses: money, skills and good weapons. Start your second run-through on the hardest difficulty, Insanity mode; the most important rule here is take cover and bring a biotic character with you." (ZooVeR, Russia)
"Save the game frequently. This will give you a chance of avoiding grey hair, in case you suffer a power cut after several hours' play." (Kodeir, Russia)
"To get the platinum trophy, summon up your patience and your time, especially if you're playing on the Insanity setting. The game is full of places where you can hide or take shelter to regenerate your shields and attack from afar – make sure you take advantage of this.
"If you prefer direct combat action, make sure you always include a biotic character in your team. They offer a great range of powers, including the ability to scatter your enemies and gain you some breathing space.
"Stealthy Infiltrator characters will find the Black Widow sniper rifle incredibly useful, doing far more damage with a single shot than most other weapons will with several rounds. Don't forget to take an alternative weapon with you, something that offers a contrast to your main firearm. If you use a slow-firing shotgun, it helps to take a sub-machine gun with a high rate of fire." (Snow92, Italy)
"A word of advice: play the game for fun as the story is beautiful and worthy of a movie. You'll get the trophies as you play." (FoxMustDie, Portugal)
"Aside from completing the game on the Insanity mode, there are quite a few challenging trophies. For example, one trophy requires you to either finish all multiplayer maps on Gold difficulty, or complete all single player missions on Insanity. The latter is by far the easier option.
"Some trophies require some real perseverance, such as the Veteran trophy for 5,000 kills, but can be more easily earned by playing multiplayer matches via PlayStation Network. Trophies that require you to play as a different character class are also achieved faster in multiplayer modes.
"There are easy to miss trophies, too, such as Hijacker, where you must steal an Atlas mech, as well as some side missions. Most importantly, the trophy that requires you to deliver most of the Galaxy of War assets to the final conflict is very tricky, so make sure you do every side mission before the main storyline finishes, as well as talk to everyone and exhaust all options in a conversation.
"Overall the Mass Effect 3 Platinum trophy shouldn't be too difficult, but it will be a long one. This is of course expected with role-playing games, but that said, it's worth it." (LAClennell, UK)
