Today, October 30 at 2:30 p.m. EDT, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Administrator Craig Fugate, NOAA's National Hurricane Center (NHC) Director Dr. Rick Knabb, Red Cross Senior Vice President of Disaster Services Charley Shimanski, and U.S. Coast Guard Vice Admiral Robert Parker will hold a conference call with media regarding Hurricane Sandy.
