Limited crawl rule
When locked in a room, a character will escape by opening up a ceiling tile and climbing into the crawl space on top of the tiles (see "The Breakfast Club," "Die Hard"). In reality, such tiles are extremely easy to break (as a telecom engineer who sometimes installs cabling, I speak from experience) and you'd have to weigh less than a 4-year-old kid to actually be able to accomplish this stunt.
