Stardust Yoga Studio, presented by Gemini Gymnastics, has a busy schedule lined up this fall from Aug. 27 to Nov. 18.
No matter your age, Stardust has a class for you — from kids as young as 18 months to full-grown adults.
The schedule of classes is as follows (For adults unless noted otherwise):
Mondays
- Cardio-Core Yoga with Cassandra from 9 to 10 a.m.
- Star bright Yoga for kids 3rd to 6th Grade with Cassandra from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m.
- Gentle Flow with Chelsea from 7:15 to 8:30 p.m.
Tuesdays
- Hatha Flow with Jaci from 9 to 10 a.m.
- Hatha Flow with Chelsea from 10:10 to 11:10 a.m.
- Mindful Vinyasa with Cassandra from 1 to 2 p.m.
- Starlight Yoga for kids K to 2nd Grade with Chelsea from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m.
Wednesdays
- Sunrise Vinyasa with Cassandra from 7 to 8 a.m.
- Zumba with Kelly from 9 to 10 a.m.
- Little Star & Me Yoga for kids 18 months to 4-years-old with Kim from 11:15 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Cardio-Core Yoga with Cassandra from 1 to 2 p.m.
- Gentle Flow with Chelsea from 7:15 to 8:30 p.m.
Thursdays
- Mindful Vinyasa with Cassandra from 9 to 10 a.m.
- Hatha Flow with Chelsea from 10:10 to 11:10 a.m.
- Zumba with Kelly from 1 to 2 p.m.
- Teen Yoga for 7th Grade through High School with Jaci from 4 to 5:15 p.m.
- Candlelight Vinyasa with Cassandra from 7:15 to 8:30 p.m.
Fridays
- Vinyasa Flow with Sue from 9 to 10 a.m.
- Star Bright Yoga for 3rd through 6th Grade with Cassandra from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m.
- Specialty Classes during Gymnastic Open Gym from 7 to 8:15 p.m. — Drop kids at gym and do yoga
Saturdays
- Gentle Yoga (prenatal/postnatal welcome) with Julie from 10 to 11:15 a.m.
