Australia Post's 24/7 Parcel Lockers are a convenient new way for customers to collect their parcels at a time and place that suits their lifestyle.

The free service offers SMS and email notification to advise customers when their items are ready for collection.

By 2015, 24/7 Parcel Lockers will be installed at 250 locations across Australia, in response to overwhelming customer demand for the service launched in October 2011.

Online shoppers who register for the 24/7 Parcel Locker service will be allocated a Parcel Locker address which can be used as their delivery address for online purchases, for example:

Parcel Locker C123456
66 St Georges Terrace
Perth WA 6000

To give your customers more choice and convenient delivery options, we suggest you allow customers to enter shipping addresses in this format on your website.

Australia Post will not accept domestic or international parcels from other carriers into our Parcel Lockers from 1 January 2013, unless those parcels have been lodged by the carriers as Australia Post articles addressed to the recipients' Parcel Lockers.
