ACT In A Nutshell is a unique ten week e-course for professionals, that helps you to deliver ACT simply, quickly and effectively, to just about anyone, anywhere. Life Beyond The Happiness Trap is a twelve week e-course, open to anyone and everyone, developed as a follow-on from The Happiness Trap. It will go over important ground from the book, and provide a variety of powerful self-development resources. There is a particular emphasis on developing self-acceptance and self-compassion.

This is an e-learning program by Julian McNally hosted by RMIT University, developed for use with the general public and is a great to learn some ACT basics as a professional or to use as an adjunct to therapy. The program comprises six sessions of between 15 and 50 minutes duration. Each session includes a conversational mini-lecture and several practical exercises.
