I was the first doctoral student of Steve Hayes and conducted the first randomized clinical trial of ACT (then known as comprehensive distancing) as part of dissertation under his supervision. I've also completed an advanced ACT workshop by Kelly Wilson.

I see a limited number of self-referred clients through our Departmental Psychology Clinic. Becuase our clinic is a training site for our clinical doctoral students, I typically involve at least one of them as a co-therapist with clients I work with.
