Members are the life-blood of our organization. If you're not already a member - please consider signing up today. You can select the membership level the fits your budget and needs below.

We are one of the only major societies with Values-Based Dues. We think it fits our model and our community, but frankly it is an experiment. You will decide if the experiment succeeds, by choosing how much you are willing to pay for your membership, based on your ability to pay and your honest assessment of how much this community and website fits with what you want to be about. 100% of the dues go to spreading the work and supporting the organization. Pay accordingly!

Suggested dues levels are given below. You will need to formally renew each year to stay a member. We will check in with you via email once or twice a year to see if you still think your dues level for the year is correct. If you know nothing about ACT, RFT, or contextual behavioral science feel free to pay a lower amount (or even the $10 minimum). We will check in later to see if, now that you know more, your heart and head lead you to contribute more.

Professional Member

Professional members are individuals who have a terminal degree relevant to the purpose of ACBS. (Suggested membership fee $60.00; minimum membership fee $10.00.)

Student Member

Student members are undergraduate and graduate students in the behavioral sciences. (Suggested membership fee $30.00; minimum membership fee $10.00.)

Affiliate Member

Affiliate members are members of the public with interests in the purpose of ACBS. (Suggested membership fee $30.00; minimum membership fee $10.00.)
