Each mission during the campaign, including the Strike Force ones, will have a series of 10 challenges for you to complete. It doesn't have to be completed on a single playthrough, as the game records them across multiple playthroughs. There are a total of 16 missions, so there are 160 challenges to complete. Completing all of them will earn you the Giant Accomplishment achievement/trophy.
