Anchorman: The Legend Continues has cast a towering monument to Seventies American masculinity, a man of such strutting cool that he can intimidate even Will Ferrell's deluded Ron Burgundy.  Harrison Ford has joined the comedy sequel as a newscaster whose legend may just be more impressive than Ron's.

The first clip from The Incredible Burt Wonderstone finds Steve Carell and Jim Carrey facing off in a magician's bar and ends with a pretty excellent exit by one of the two.

It's a contentious relationship between Carell's Wonderstone and Carrey's Steve Gray, one that, in this clip anyways, feels very much like the rivalry between eponymous male model and Hansel in Zoolander.

There are two new images from this summer's The Hangover Part III floating around online, and neither is exactly revelatory.

But while neither offers much hard info beyond actors we knew would appear, both support the idea that this second sequel is far more of a road movie than either of its predecessors.

What man or beast on this tiny fleck of interstellar dust possesses the effortless charisma, the powerful haunches, and the raw, undiluted sexual magnetism to portray the irresistible force to Ron Burgundy's immovable object? 

That man – that rare beast of such fortitude as to pose an actual threat to Ron's machismo – is James Marsden.

By which we mean to say that James Marsden is joining the cast of Anchorman: The Legend Continues, a sequel for which the world has waited nigh on a decade now.

Opening in theaters on March 1st is the new college comedy 21 and Over from writers and directors Jon Lucas and Scott Moore (The Hangover). The film stars Skylar Astin (Pitch Perfect), Miles Teller (Footloose), Justin Chon (The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1), Sarah Wright (Touchback), and Francois Chau (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze). 

IAR's Managing Editor Jami Philbrick recently had a chance to sit down with Skylar Astin and Sarah Wright at the Saddle Ranch Chop House on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles to talk about their work on 21 and Over. The two actors discussed the new film, acting like they were drunk, why they couldn't actually drink on set, drunk extras, Wright's character's instant attraction to Astin's character, if the actress would ever travel Europe with someone she just met, and shooting the most difficult scene of Astin's life - standing naked while making out with male co-star Miles Teller.

Okay, those first two film festivals may be more well known, but neither allows some of the world's finest stand-up comedians to personally select and present their favorite classic movies, so the Wayne Federman Film Festival is inarguably superior to both.

Having triumphantly launched his one of a kind fest last year, Federman is back for the 2nd Annual Wayne Federman Film Festival, which is set to feature comedians like Sarah Silverman, Aziz Ansari, and Nick Kroll pairing stand-up and Q&A's with films such as Crimes and Misdemeanors, Back to the Future, and Raising Arizona.

Synopsis: Straight-A college student Jeff Chang has always done what’s expected of him. But when his two best friends Casey and Miller surprise him with a visit for his 21st birthday, he decides to do the unexpected for a change, even though his critical medical school interview is early the next morning. What was supposed to be one beer becomes one night of chaos, over indulgence and utter debauchery in this outrageous comedy.

The inaugural trailer for the upcoming comedy The Internship is now online, meaning that Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson are taking audiences to paradise city right now.

Though the East Coast is currently buried under a whole lot of snow thanks to a blizzard that shares its name with an adorable fictitious Disney fish, nature couldn't keep Identity Thief from scoring the biggest opening weekend of the year so far. 

Yes, it's still a very young year, but the performance of this comedy is nonetheless nothing at which to sneeze.

Seth Gordon first gained attention as a documentary filmmaker for his directorial debut - the critically acclaimed film The King of Kong: A Fistful of Dollars, which chronicles gamer Steve Wiebe’s attempt to take the record for highest score in Donkey Kong away from reigning champion Billy Mitchell. 

He would eventually go on to direct the holiday comedy Four Christmases starring Vince Vaughn and Reese Witherspoon, as well as episodes of such popular sitcoms as Parks and Recreation, Community, The Office, and Modern Family. But his biggest box office hit to date came in 2011 with the workplace comedy Horrible Bosses, which featured Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis, Charlie Day, Colin Farrell, Jennifer Aniston, and two-time Academy Award-winner Kevin Spacey. Now, the director teams up with Bateman once again for the new road trip action-comedy Identity Thief, which also stars Oscar-nominee Melissa McCarthy (Bridesmaids) and opens in theaters on February 8th.

The film centers on mild-mannered businessman Sandy Patterson (Bateman) who travels from Denver to Miami to confront the deceptively harmless-looking woman (McCarthy) who has been living it up after stealing his identity. In addition to Bateman and McCarthy, the film’s excellent cast of actors and comedians also includes Jon Favreau (Iron Man 2), Amanda Peet (The X-Files: I Want to Believe), T.I. (Takers), Genesis Rodriguez (Casa di me Padre), Morris Chestnut (Think Like a Man), John Cho (Total Recall), Robert Patrick (Gangster Squad), and Eric Stonestreet (Bad Teacher). 

I recently had a chance to sit down with Seth Gordon to talk about his work on Identity Thief, as well as a reboot of the '80s classic War Games, and a sequel to Horrible Bosses. The talented director discussed his new film, working with the comedic duo of Bateman and McCarthy, their instant chemistry, why he thinks Bateman is the best straight man of his generation, balancing the different characteristics of McCarthy’s unique role, improvisation, the film’s fast-paced production, directing action sequences, the inspiration he took from Midnight Run, and two of his possible upcoming projects – a War Games reboot, and a Horrible Bosses sequel.
