There are two new images from this summer's The Hangover Part III floating around online, and neither is exactly revelatory.

But while neither offers much hard info beyond actors we knew would appear, both support the idea that this second sequel is far more of a road movie than either of its predecessors.

Everything about The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, from the colon in the title to its elaborate supernatual mythology the young adult novel on which it's based, indicate the movie aspires to franchise-dom.  Seven brand-new images from City of Bones highlight a sprawling cast of odd supporting characters presumably recognizable to fans of the six books in the Mortal Instruments series.

Chris Pine makes an excellent Captain Kirk, Zachary Quinto is a tremendous Mr. Spock, and Benedict Cumberbatch will surely provide a resplendent John Harrison – whoever that ends up being – so why not check out all three actors in a pair of new images from Star Trek Into Darkness?

Oh, and another castmember has gone on record saying who the villain of this summer's sequel isn't.

FilmDistrict took some its letting the world see any substantial promotion for next month's Olympus Has Fallen.  Now that it has started showing off the actioner, though, FilmDistrict just can't stop unveiling new bits of marketing for the White House-set thriller.  You know that old saying, "Once you start promoting Olympus Has Fallen, it's tough to stop promoting Olympus Has Fallen."

The latest examples of this truism are two new official Olympus Has Fallen photos, along with a banner that effectively conveys the concept using two succinct images and the tagline "When our flag falls our nation will rise."

Yesterday's Super Bowl game was pretty entertaining and all, but you know what would have made it just that much more entertaining?  Some giant Japanese-style monsters engaged in city-rattling fisticuffs with massive robots designed specifically to monster-wrassle.  For that, we've got a collection of new stills from Guillermo del Toro's Pacific Rim.

Marvel Studios has been laying on the Iron Man 3 promotion pretty thick an anticipation of this Sunday's sixty-second Super Bowl TV spot.  So it's no surprise that Disney has dropped a new image featuring a cast member who hasn't been properly showcased thus far.

Iron Man 3 is but one of two Marvel Studios movies arriving this year, though, and with that in mind, there's also a new behind the scenes image from November's Thor: The Dark World.

If you didn't see the Indonesian film The Raid – released in Stateside theaters last year as The Raid: Redemption – then you missed out on the finest action movie in years.  It's one hundred minutes of gorgeously photographed and edited action that is comprehensible yet brain-bruising in its brutality and inventiveness.  And it's getting a sequel.

Merantau Films and XYZ Films announced the commencement of principal photography on The Raid 2, and in order to prove the impossibly good news, they also supplied several official images from the sequel, including a few behind-the-scenes pictures.

How about two slices of fried gold in the form of two more official images from The World's End, this year's conclusion to Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg's unofficial Cornetto Trilogy?

Chris Pine managed to play a convincingly confident Captain Kirk, somehow managing to preserve William Shatner's strut while also adding a comedically sharp self-awareness.  Having accomplished the major feat of reinvigorating James Tiberius Kirk in Star Trek, Pine is at the center of a new reboot for Paramount Pictures.

At the end of this year, we'll see Pine's take on the title character in Jack Ryan, but right now, we've got a pair of pictures from the film showing off Pine, as well as Kevin Costner.
