About Small
Small Angels Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in the Frederick, MD area. We are dedicated to the rescue and rehoming of small animals. We provide socialization, medical care, adoptions, fostering and love. Our animals include hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, rats, mice, chinchillas and degus. Our rescue is made strictly of a 100% volunteer board, staff, rescue coordinator and foster family network. Our animals are acquired from greater Washington D.C. area shelters, as well as from private individuals who sometimes have the unfortunate need to surrender a valued pet.
Our mission is to find suitable, safe, loving, secure forever homes for our precious little angels. A thorough adoption application process is required along with the necessary adoption fee. Annual membership costs a mere $15.00. Charitable monetary donations, food, supplies, bedding and needed care donations are always welcome.
Adoption events occur on a regular basis. Come out and meet our loving little animals and see what joy they can bring to your family and home.
