The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is the Australian government agency tasked with the responsibility for the regulation of telecommunications, broadcasting, the internet and radio communications. One of ACMA's responsibilities is also to monitor and enforce compliance with the "Mobile Premium Services Code" (MPS Code), which came into effect on 1 July 2009, under the Telecommunications Act 1997.

Under the above code, we would like to inform you of our content supplier's helpline number, should you require it – 1300 835 057.

The standard cost to participate in any of our SMS competitions is 55c.

We also wish to inform you there is no refund available for these "MPS" SMS competitions run on our radio stations, regardless of when you enter.

It is our duty to inform you that each SMS promotion has a different "closing date" and this information will be stipulated in the terms and conditions for each specific promotion on the station website.
