Hi James, if you are having problems using your Gift Card, first make sure that you are logged in to your Amazon account, or create a new account via the Amazon home page.
Next click on “Your Account” link which appears at the top left hand corner of very Amazon page. On the Your Account page scroll down to the Payment section wherein you will find the link “Apply a Gift Certificate or Gift Card to your account”. Let me know if you need further help. Cheers.
