Jabba the Hutt

Despite Jabba the Hutt lacking significant screen time in the films, he uses what time he had to earn a warm place in our hearts, and inspire leagues of fans to save up so they can put a Rancor Pit in their house.

As one of the largest crime lords in the Star Wars universe (right up there with No. 47, Prince Xizor), the vile gangster Jabba Desilijic Tiure made an empire for himself, which he watched over from the unsightly and rather inauspicious desert of Tatooine. While we know him best for his grudge against Han Solo, it would be Jabba's panache for the carnal things in life that made him most interesting. Surrounded by the ugliest aliens and those villains of the world looking for a place to crash, Jabba made a quick impression with his drinking, frog eating, smoking, scantily clad women (thanks for Leia's outfit, btw), and nonchalant attitude about sending his enemies (as well as his help) to their grizzly Rancor deaths.

Jabba was a true villain, one that we still love to hate.
