As I ran around like crazy trying to get a ton done before San Diego Comic-Con today, what should arrive on my doorstep than perhaps the most awesomely amusing action figure ever. We live in amazing times, people - we have a Video Game Jason action figure!

Yes, NECA have made a San Diego Comic-Con exclusive version of Friday the 13th's infamous killer based on his depiction in the terrible (yet nostalgically beloved) NES Friday the 13th game.

Not only does the figure, which glows in the dark, come in the bizarre color scheme Jason sported in that game, but the packaging is an awesome recreation of the Nintendo packaging we all recall. Check out some photos I took of the figure, which can be purchased at the NECA Booth (#3145) this weekend at SDCC for $25.00.
